Assistant Premises Manager
Location: Carshalton High School for Girls
(with travel to other schools as required)
Full time; all year round
GLT Range 5 (Points 16-23) £26,997- £30,585 annually
Main purposes of the job
1. To support and deputise for the Premises Manager in all aspects of site security, cleanliness, porterage/event set up, routine maintenance & refurbishment, minor repairs & small projects, organising contractors/workmen, health & safety issues and premises management generally.
2. To take the lead in co-ordinating and responding to reactive maintenance and routine planned preventative maintenance tasks using the Every system.
3. To direct the day-to-day workload and maintenance tasks undertaken by other members of the Premises Team, including Site Guardians as appropriate.
