Open Evenings

Our Open Evening will be on Thursday 2 July from 4 – 8.30pm, with the last admittance being 7.45pm. Talks by the Headteacher will take place in the hall at 4.15, 4.50, 5.30, 6.10, 6.50 and 7.30pm and will also be available as a video link on our website.  If you would like to listen to the talk, please ask for a ticket on arrival – these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that for health and safety reasons, we do not admit children under the age of 5 or those with buggies in the hall during the talk.

Our Open Evening is always very busy so, in order to make the evening as comfortable for our visitors as possible, we kindly request that just two parents / carers accompany their daughters.

There is no parking at the school other than for Blue Badge disabled drivers and very limited off street parking in and around the school - please park courteously to avoid disrupting our neighbours.  The Borough will be arranging for parking restrictions close to the school and they will be patrolling the area during the time of the parking suspension (2 – 9pm). Any nuisance parking will be reported to the Parking Attendants by local residents. Woodcote Nurseries have kindly offered some limited spaces in their car park (no entry after 7pm).  Please note that the Nursery closes promptly at 8.30pm and any cars left in the car park at closing time will remain there overnight.

We advise you to use public transport where possible.  If you are a blue badge holder, please contact us with your details to request a disabled parking space by 27 June (email  We have two disabled parking spaces and these will be issued on a first come, first served basis.  Buses 127, 54 and 463 stop right outside the school and we are approximately a 20 minute walk from Wallington Station.  Cycle storage is available for those who wish to cycle.

On arrival, our student guides will offer to take groups of visitors around the school on a guided tour.  Alternatively you can walk around the school unaccompanied if you prefer – signage will direct you to your desired location.

Our Admissions Team will be on hand to advise you on any aspects of our Admissions process.    We look forward to welcoming you to our school and hope that you will have a very enjoyable evening with us.

You may be approached outside school by companies who offer 11+ tuition.  Please note that we are unable to prevent them patrolling outside our school premises but we do not endorse these companies.  We do not advocate tutoring for your daughter in terms of preparing for our entrance test
